IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: All calculators, articles, charts, and tools provided on Finance Toolkit are for informational and educational purposes only. They provide ESTIMATES based on the inputs you supply and generic assumptions. They are NOT financial, investment, tax, legal, or professional advice.

Finance is personal and complex. Actual mortgage payments, retirement outcomes, investment returns, tax liabilities, and loan costs depend on many factors including lender terms, creditworthiness, fees, market conditions, inflation, tax law changes, and personal circumstances that our simplified models cannot fully capture. You should not make financial decisions solely based on calculator outputs.

Examples: Our take-home pay calculator uses generic tax brackets and does not account for all local deductions; our mortgage calculator assumes constant interest and does not include all closing costs, PMI variations, or escrow changes; our retirement and compound interest calculators assume steady returns which never occur in real markets. Treat every result as an approximation to be validated independently.

3. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that calculators will be error-free, that assumptions will match your situation, or that the site will be uninterrupted or secure.
